At Halotrove.com, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✅ Accepted:
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (must report within 30 days of delivery).
❌ Not Accepted:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products (for hygiene reasons).
- Products purchased from third-party sellers (not directly from us).
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us – Email Contact@halotrove.com with:
- Order number
- Product name & reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
- Wait for Approval – We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship It Back – Send the product to: 1212 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605, USA Attn: Returns – [RMA #]
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
- Method: Refund issued to the original payment method (may take 3–10 business days to appear).
- Partial Refunds: Granted if items are returned opened/used (at our discretion).
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:
- Return the original product for a refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged/wrong item
- We’ll ship a free replacement (if in stock) or issue a refund.
6. Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Email us immediately. If unshipped, we’ll cancel and refund.
- After Shipping: Refund issued once the return is received.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements (for health/safety reasons).
- Subscription box items (unless defective).
