Refunds & Returns

At Halotrove.com, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

✅ Accepted:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (must report within 30 days of delivery).

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers (not directly from us).
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email Contact@halotrove.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name & reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged/defective)
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship It Back – Send the product to: 1212 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605, USA Attn: Returns – [RMA #]
    • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
  • Method: Refund issued to the original payment method (may take 3–10 business days to appear).
  • Partial Refunds: Granted if items are returned opened/used (at our discretion).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:
    1. Return the original product for a refund.
    2. Place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged/wrong item
  • We’ll ship a free replacement (if in stock) or issue a refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Email us immediately. If unshipped, we’ll cancel and refund.
  • After Shipping: Refund issued once the return is received.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements (for health/safety reasons).
  • Subscription box items (unless defective).
